Established in 2008, Midlands Wedding Dj is a premium music entertainment service provider to top destination wedding venues in KZN. We are a husband-and-wife team that is based in the KZN Midlands. We have over 20 years’ experience in the industry and entertain wedding guests at the foremost wedding venues all around KZN, the Midlands & Drakensberg area. Our passion for music sparked a career as being wedding DJ’s that started around 1996.

Every wedding is different and unique, but great music and excellent service will always remain.  Experience has equipped us with the ability to successfully entertain guests of various age groups by playing only the best tunes across different decades. We appreciate the significance of your special day and will provide you and your guests with professional service, tips & advice as well as the best tunes to dance the night away.

What do we offer?

Midlands Wedding DJ offers 4 packages to choose from at competitive rates that will suit every bridal couple’s needs. We cover music and sound requirements for the “I do’s” at the ceremony, background music for canapés (pre-drinks) whilst the bridal couple have their wedding shoot and of course dance music until the last one more song is played at the end of the reception party. Having your ceremony or canapés at a location where no electricity is available? We have battery operated equipment available to cater for these situations.

A pre-wedding meeting with the bridal couple is encouraged for introductions and to discuss any questions or concerns. We have an easy to complete online bridal questionnaire available that will provide us with all the relevant music requirements for the day. In addition, bridal couples are welcome to provide us with any specific song requests or playlists of their own and we are also open to song requests during the evening. It is important to us that speeches can be heard clearly and that is why we use pro quality wireless microphones with strategically placed speakers to ensure that everyone can enjoy and appreciate what is being said. Music will be played at appropriate volume levels throughout, especially during dinner when guests are having conversations without the frustration of having to shout.
